Homo Elec|tus Hopp|erus, the ~
Homo Electus Hopperus also known as the election hopper can only be seen during the election week, but then shows up in pack and in more than one country with the same programme.

Usually he welcomes himself with a warm election speech - not longer than 5 lines (doesn’t want to overstrain his voters). This speech is translated with Babelfish into at least 250 languages, except Esperanto. So no one can really understand - except of his buddies - aka the Rat Pack - who certify the election hopper great knowledge and even greater love stamina.

1. A phenomenon caused by drunk managers from Luxembourg that seem to like showing off their money and crazyness with a big bang, and was seen two times so far, on 17/11/05 and 19/11/05.
2. The TSI inflation is usually imported from scandinavian countries, e.g. Sverige, but sometimes also comes from south europe.

Gezatta dello Ländchens chief editor reviews the “Stadion des Grauens”… by ZZ-80
On wednesday I visited the cupfinal in the YBMs arena. I was annoyed by the massive security efforts, I had to leave fingerprint and biometrical ID. I wondered why they won’t give me a Diekrecher, they explained to me that there were some problems with my “history”. I really don’t know why?

VIP lounges were overbooked so I took a seat in the first row. It gave me a great overview of the game, but as it was raining I had to use my umbrella. The stadium is known for the dove problem, so at least I solved this (without using my airgun).

The atmosphere was lousy… Maybe in anticipation of a boring game? and just antialcoholic beverages were a real downer for me, so I’ll give the arena a rating of 2 out of 5 chocofootballs. First I wanted to rate it 3 as the stadium isn’t as much horror as I expected from the name, but these chocoballs taste so yummy…

Despite his young age he has already played more games with the A as with the U20, but before getting bored to death by his A manager he decided to join the U20 and finally have fun again.

He is very famous among Letzebuerg and he recently started a second career as minor actor in B-movies, credited under his synonym and nick Vickie Schartz.

When not playing soccer he loves eating Pizza and enjoys reading books. He is also a great entertainer and karaoke-singer.

Unfortunately at some point in their career this is no more sufficient to stay competitive.

Super¦jhemp, the ~, plural Superjhempien by fismoluni

Born originally as Charel Kuddel at the young age of 0 years he fell into a big barrel of Kachkeis (cooked cheese, a luxemburgish speciality) at the age of 4 and slowly noticed that he has gained unbelievable tactical strength.
So after a few months he named himself Superjhemp. As battlefield he chose the superhero online game Hattrick. Starting slowly to not frighten his opponents he soon could not restrain his real strength any longer and became rookie of the year.
After being spotted in a weird federation where they play a strange game called chess, Superjhemp lost all his credibility as a superhero and had to fear a big loss of his fan crew.

Summary
Second Nationaldivisioun title for Spora finishin undefeated. First cup win for my Luxembourg Soccer Club. First World Cup points and victory for our national team, what a season for your Bobymoore

Nationaldivisioun
The whole league season was dominated by Spora, winning all its games except one during the last matches. Many thought the LSC would take the second place but the their cup run and the great second half of the season of Young Boys Munich 04 ended all those hopes. YBM04 finished second, 3 points ahead of the LSC 3rd and 13 points ahead of the 4th Rouden Leiw 04. The final relegation battle made the pressure rise in the last games and rumors of coalition between Diekirscher teams was blown away by the results on the field. which ended up with FC Bayella and jeunesse renerts playing the relagation game (only 1 pt short to the 4th place). The most defensive teams of the league, fc formatdepoche (despite a promising season) and FC Jeunesse Kanech being directly relegated.

D2
Very close run in II.1 between Jeunesse Champion and Belair Allstars, with the Belair winning their decisive last game of the season and securing the direct promotion. Ocean Dragons dominated the II.2 but refused promotion. Erster Im Ländchen took the title of II.3 one point ahead of Hacat Boys, but lost its promotion game to FC Bayella. Gainesvillerockcity finishes the season undefeated in II.4 and earned direct promotion after being 2 times II.4 champion.

D3
Division 3 was continuing to grow in quality, and long time division 3 team finally made a step to the division 2: Orania Veinen (ex FC Mettendorf), Ost-Ieselen, GALAKTITANS, Diekrecher Ieselen, F.C.Aigle Rouge. Other promoting teams included FA Red Boys 05, Grand-Duc FC, baby-dragon.

D4
Our country expanded that season and the 4th division was created and then started being populated.

Cup
It will be difficult for me to be too objective on the excitment of that season’s cup ! It all started as usual, with only few Nationaldivisioun teams really playing the cup. In round 4, only 4 top level where still there out of 16 teams. Erster im Ländchen met Spora in the first semi-final ending with a 5-3 victory of the national champion. In the second semi-final it was the LSC taking the edge 3-2 over Gainesvillerockcity. In the final, it was the first time that 2 Nationaldivisioun teams played against eachother in the cup! The game kept its promises with lead changes, a lot of emotions and many goals. The LSC finally took the game with an historical 5-3 victory over Spora.

NT
I have been elected an National coach ,this is a great privilege. In the World Cup, the team has no chance to qualify however, the objective was to gain points against the higher ranked United Arab Emirates and eventually against Hong Kong. Even if the first WC game started with a clear loss, the second game was successful, taking a 0-0 draw agaisnt the far better team of Hong Kong, gathering the first WC points of our country ! After a few additional losses against older countries, the team was full of hopes for the away game at the UAE. Unfortunately, despite a clear advantage on the field, the game ended up 0-0 certainly due to the lack of confidence following the series of losses. Fortunately, the return game in Luxembourg proved differently and it was time collect the first WC win ! The WC allowed our NT team to move from hat 6 to hat 5 for the draw, giving us better chances of future wins. After the end of the WC, the best U20 players were called to give them experience to prepare the U20 WC.

U20
Transition season for the U20, with oustanding results under the direction of DurdenTyler. Wins over Austria, France, Ireland, Holland and draws against Oceania, USA, Scotland, showed that we could be proud of the progress made by our youth squad, and let expectations grew in the heart of the community. Congratulations to DurdenTyler and the whole community for the work done over the last 2 seasons!

LSC
The season started badly with a 4-0 loss at Spora, the team being concentrated on its cup hopes. However the next games were all very promising until the renerts stopped the undefeated run at the half season. In parallel, in the Cup, the LSC was opposed to all previous cup winners, and after a win at Hacat Boys, the semi-fial against was very disputed ending up with a 3-2 LSC win. In the final game, LSC was opposed to Spora and both teams showed similar strength in the game that ended up with a 5-3 LSC win, the first ever national title of the LSC after 2 seasons without a trophy ! After the cup run, the rest of the season was more difficult, with an equal share of wins and losses helping the LSC securing an uncontested 3rd place. The last game of the league against Spora kept its promises with a very disputed game ending with a 2-1 Spora victory, taking their revenge for the cup final.

Season 2 : 23/06/2004 - 03/10/2004

Summary
First real season in the first division with 4 clubs and first title for Young Boys Munich 04 (YB04). Jamaican Penguins Bobslaigh Teams winning their second cup. This season was really the start of the construction of HT Letzebuerg with many young teams settling in and showing their potential.

Nationaldivisioun
This was the first active season for our first division which was still called “I.1″ as in its very first days. 4 user teams were then competiting against 4 bots. Etzella with its defensive style had difficulty against other users teams and only succeeded in collecting a few draws finishing 4th. Its last draw against YB04 could have change the title outcome. But Rouden Leiw 04 beat Ocean Dragons in the last game of the season for the beauty of the game, finishing 3rd with Ocean Dragons the runner-up. As a whole, it was a deserved title for the Young Boys enterring into the legend being the first ever user team to win the first league !

D2
In II.1, close run between Jeunese Champion and Luxembourg Soccer Club, who took the title in the final game (see below LSC). In II.2 FC Bayella dominated, finishing ahead of Belair Allstars and FC JeunesseKanech. In II.3, Hai-Wai was a surprise winner where everyone expected cup winner JPBT. In II.4 it was Spora who showed it strength finishing first and jeunesse renerts third.

D3
Division 3 was starting to be a real craddle for promising teams. In III.1, AS Ballopied completed a great season 10 points ahead of MichaelL’s FC Mettendorf. In III.2, the race was close with Gainesvillerockcity finishing ahead of Limpertsberg FC and Erster Im Laendchen. In III.3, it is fc formatdepoche who impressed winning all its games finishing ahaed of FC Stock.

Cup
At the time the cup had 2 rounds for the semi-finals and finals. After great cup run including wins over Ocean Dragons, FC Jeunesse Kanech and Belair Allstars, after a fantistic come back in the second game of the semi-finals, Future Gimis met cup holder Jamaican Penguins Bobslaigh Teams (JPBT aka Hacat Boys) in the finals. JPBT had a very impressive cup run conceiding no goals until the semi-finals second round against AS Ballopied. In the finals, Future Gimis were overpowered by JPBT who’s manager collected its second cup, back to back !

NT
The nightmare continued, no single friendly arranged by the A team coach MichaelL. A lot of experience and time lost for our country.

U20
Seiei re-elected choosed to prepare the team for the future enrolling young but promising talents in the U20 World Cup like Dan Wirth, Fons Haas, Mich Knepper, Jim Reimer, Joel Dumonceau, Axel Mestrallet, Ern Weny or Robi Kirsch. With those new players the tournament was difficult, but the team managed to beat Nigeria(2-0) once and an interesting 1-3 loss against Germany. The season ended with friendlies and a stunning draw against France 2-2.

LSC
First full season of the LSC still in the II.1, which started well with victories over title rivals Sick Club and Jeunesse Champion (3-0 away). The cup run was also satisfying, beating the Sick Club once again and future national champion YBM04 4-2 in an epic counter-attack game. The cup run was only stopped by the future cup winner JPBT. As the season went on, it appear that LSC was a clear title contender in a two-race with Jeunesse Champion. The last game of the season in the Didier Deschamps Stadium between the LSC and Jeunesse was decisive. The game started with 2 goals from the visitors, in a freezing atmosphere. Club legend Arm Bettendorf reduced the score after 27 minutes. It was then to veteran striker Ricardo Jerez to run the show, scoring 2 goals in the 60th and 72nd minutes, bringing the score to 3-2 and securing the victory for the LSC. For its first ever full season, the LSC was champion of the II.1, a huge achievement for the young team. Promotion game was then easily won against a bot team, and the LSC went up to the Nationaldivisioun as the clear underdog.

It has always been a secret and you have always wanted to know what was behing all those mysterious names… But now it is revealed, get to know how famous teams in our community received their names and much more !

FC Jeunesse Kanech - jm_aalen
clubname: Well, the team name refers to the real soccer club ‘FC Jeunesse Canach’ (http://www.fccanach.lu/) where I’m member of since more than 20 years. (I’ve got a player licence but my skills are like ‘average’ Besides I’m member of the comitee and I’m the coach of our 2nd Team since 5 saisons) ‘Kanech’ is in fact the luxemburgish traduction of ‘Canach’. The name of the supporter club is ‘Bloen Iesel, huel se’ (Blue donkey, take them!) that’s a sort of slogan used from our supporters in real life. There’s another manager (Ost-Ieselen, Team id: 463254) who also is member of our club an the designer of the homepage mentioned at the beginning.

logo: an italian playmate (that even was a playmate of the year in 2004). I have no special relationship to her *gg*, I chose just because she’s really hot.

FC Fight Club Football - DurdenTyler
clubname: Comes from the movie ! with the meaning fight = fighting spirit… My players will fight until the end … In Tyler we trust .. for the promotion !
nickname: DurdenTyler is the name of the second personality of Jack in the movie, which relates well with the second personality we want to show on the Internet.
logo: Logo made by Boumbo, soap and the sentence come from the movie “If this is your first night you have to fight…”

Erster im Ländchen - ZZ-80
clubname: One of my friends told me I’m the first one of us who got a job in Luxemburg so he called me “Erster Im Ländchen” and not to forget, Erster Im Ländchen also means beeing No. 1… (or at least try to be that) aaand of course not to forget that the best names were already in use (didn’t want to call my team gainesvillerockcity 2 ^^) although andrew first forgot the e in “gaines”..
nickname: part of car sign ! and the Z’s read as 9s give my birthday… and I prefered a nick where no one could imply something. When I first saw Tyler I instantly thought about a filmfreak, andrew_mchagis sounds like of scotish decent and I thought BobyMore would be english. You understand what I’m trying to say?

nickname: My name has no special meaning, so i get called of a lot of my friends.

Sanctus Mars - alfredbester
clubname: 100% selfinvented. Sanctus means holy (and sometimes undefeatable). Mars is the God of War and 4th planet of our solar system. When I started in ht I thought of naming my team “Borussia Mönchengladbach” or something like that, but then I thought, that there are many teams with “real” names, which is quite boring when you are one thousands of Real Madrids or Bayern Munichs. So I wanted to invent something unique. It began with Mars because Alfred Bester (the series character) is mainly stationed on Mars (the “God of War-Aspect” was a little something extra here). So I only needed a “forename” for my team. My first idea was Borussia again, but then I decided to make the name completely different from others. As Borussia is Latin for Prussia (Preußen), I thought Latin would be a nice idea for my name, too. Then I tried a lot of Latin words searching for something matching with Mars, a matching meaning and a “powerful” sound. Maybe I can find the list of other word I considered, it was close, but Sanctus won because of the “marsmatching” S-es and the double meaning holy/undefeatable.

clubname: When searching for a clubname, I thought of our RL NT-team, so it was quite simple to get on Rouden Léiw 04.
nickname: In Luxembourg I first had grand_duc as nick, this came out of a big load of patriotism and selfconfidence when Luxembourg was born as a HT-nation. Since I became Mod, my nickname is a combination of my RL name. I use sevysak in the whole web, so it was just the.
logo: Like the lion is used in my clubname and is the symbol of Lux. I thought it should play a main role in the logo, which isn’t created by myself but by great Hans_Maulwurf. The writing is more classical, I think that fits quite well to the club. And the main colors were placed close to the luxemburgish red-white-blue.

clubname: my teamname fc bayella is a mixture of fc bayern and etzella i’m a fan of bayern münchen, but etzella is my home team
nickname: my name is marc but in some pc games you can just give in 3 letters o i alwys gave in mac and 99 is because 9 i my favorite one!

clubname: my team name is a mixture of two footballclubs: my club where i’ve played is called young boys diekirch and then my favourite club Bayern Munich,and so i’ve chosen young boys munich 04. 04 is the year of the foundation.
nickname: Once in a chat i wanted to call me firewalker,and this name was already occupied and then i’ve taken waterwalker.
logo: My logo is from a friend of the ht-board who’s playing in germany,his team’s called die schwabenoffensive.

clubname: Belair Allstars - I am living in Belair and in Hattrick the game is somehow about stars , so… But my girlfriend names them sleeping stars as sometimes i have some hangovered trouble to get up on sunday to make the composition

Jeunesse Champion - DaChamp
clubname: As a non-Luxembourger living in Junglinster, I was surprised to notice that the local team was called “Jeunesse” Junglinster. I thought “jeunesse” sounded funnier than say “Rapid” or “FC”. Champion just refers to my ambition to win a title in first division one day.
nickname: So is my username. Childish, but who cares.

HaCaT Boys - Jillefsky
clubname: Off all my team names??
Well the chemical brothers is because i was once a chemistry student and i still am ‘a chemical brother’.
THe Jamaican Penguins bobsleigh team, is in honor of the guys from the movie ‘cool runnings’.
And there is still the mystery of the HaCaT Boys… HaCaT is the name of a human cell type used in clinical research, i also worked with HaCaT at the time i was introduced to hattrick.
nickname: oh, that’s just a name, nothing special.. No specific origin that i can remember..

clubname: Combination of Jeunesse Esch (where I live) and De renerts Walferdange (my rugby club).
