					<description>Most of us skill traders, have our own excel spread sheet, which depending on how much tweeking it has been trhough, determines how precise it is.  PSICO TSI is a good tool, but I would never trust it to do skill trading. Perhaps turning it into a open source project would make more people become involved in improving it.  On the flip side, it would mean more expensive buy prices for the rest of the skill traders. </description>
