Re-reading this old post, i am not so sure the exact purpose of the message was clear. And basically this post was prepared in 2006 to understand how some well-known (at the time) luxembourgish team were spending their budget.

I need also to warn on figures from 2 years ago when many things were quite different in the game.

And anyway the most important in this post is that it motivates any manager to decide 3-4 main tactics you will use and focus your money in getting the correct players for it.</description>

The 6th example is also quite crappy, as you need better forwards to play CA, their 17% share is too low. And if you play CA, you clearly don't need 38% of your wages going into midfielders.</description>
